The difference between Resident and Non-Resident Membership options...
Resident
Our resident members have their admin base at TK. Your desk will always be your desk as long as you want it. Meet in our private meeting rooms, catch-up with colleagues and clients alike in The Pavilion, come along to our many workshops or social events. As a residential member at TK, you're part of the family.
Non-Resident
You’re an individual or an organisation looking for a space for a short time. You want somewhere to open the laptop, grab a coffee, meet with others, or just to get away from the home office. You may even have a office base but want somewhere that provides an alternative space to get work done.
RESIDENT MEMBER - Fixed Desk
Not for profit, charitable, government & social enterprise: $538 + GST per month
Commercial: $680 + GST per month (T's & C's apply)
A Te Kotare membership is everything TK is about. It allows your organisation all the benefits of collective working, the connections, the collaboration, the networking, and all at a time that suits you. Let us worry about the window washing, the weeding, the light and heating bills and making sure there's milk in the fridge for your morning coffee. You have bigger fish to fry!
The Te Kotare membership provides you with a fixed piece of real estate. Hang the family pictures up, bring in the chair cushion or the back massager, and feel safe in the knowledge that your desk is available for you, at any point. Te Kotare membership is your very own home away from home.
Need to book the board room or meet clients in a cozy, private room? Or perhaps use phone booths and pods for private phone or Zoom calls? No problem. That's included!

Te Kahu
RESIDENT MEMBER - Hot Desk
Not for profit, charitable, government & social enterprise: $323 +GST per month
Commercial: T&Cs Apply
Ideal for the part-time member, a Te Kahu membership provides you with flexibility! We’ll provide you with a "Hot Desk" for use during your time in the office and you’ll get all the benefits of membership detailed in the icons below. Te Kahu members have the advantage of being able to select any free "Hot Desk" in the building. Meeting room bookings during opening hours are included as well as the phone booths or pods for private phone or Zoom calls.
"Hot Desks" are flexible work spaces that aren't assigned to one person, much like an open table at a café! So if you require a space with monitors and in proximity to your colleagues, we highly recommend opting for a Te Kotare membership.
Monday-Thursday - 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday - 8:30am-4:00pm
Te Kereru
NON-RESIDENT MEMBER
Not for profit, charitable, government & social enterprise: $120 +GST annually
Commercial: $250 +GST annually

Hot Desk: Additional $30 per day
Are you an individual or group who already has an office? Maybe you work from home, or your own office can just get a bit busy sometimes? You want some time out, or you want to connect with some like minded people. Feel free to use our high riser tables for those casual pop ins, or while you wait for your meeting. If you'd like to do some focused work or work from TK more regularly, you can hire our hot desk for $30 per day. Use the phone booths for private phone or Zoom calls.
You can meet colleagues or clients in The Pavilion, or your can book private meeting or conference spaces from $20+GST per hour!
Maybe you just want to make direct connections and grow relationships with over 300 organisations and business who call TK home, or get invites to all our social, networking and training opportunities?
